I offer a space where you can slow things down and be more of who you actually are. My work is collaborative and human-centered—we’ll move at your pace, staying curious about your experience rather than rushing to fix it or smooth it over.
I tend to be straightforward and engaged in session. We’ll name patterns, sit with the bigger things, and talk about what’s actually going on—even the parts that are hard to say out loud. A lot of people are surprised by how easy it feels to talk openly here, especially about things they haven’t shared before.
I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, identity questions, grief, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves stuck in familiar patterns. Therapy becomes a place to understand those patterns more clearly and shift your relationship to them.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I have a particular interest in working with queer adults, transition-age youth, neurodivergent clients, and men exploring emotional growth and identity.
In couples work, I focus on helping each person understand themselves within the relationship. We look at patterns, communication, and the meanings you each bring into the dynamic—so you can decide, more intentionally, how you want to relate.
